Roye Adams & Co Shop and buildings. 30-32 St Mary Street. Interior of blacksmiths shop prior to clearance and part dismantlement 1971. G Talbot confirmed in 2025 that this had been a workshop owned by Joseph Wiseman who went bankrupt. After this J Bromley & Co took over the premises in the early 20th century. Fred Danby, who had been apprenticed to Mr Wiseman, later became licensee of The Greyhound, ran taxis and a funeral service.
