Sir Thomas Fletcher Boughey of Aqualate Park. Bart JP. He was born in 1836, and married Annabella in 1864. They had no children, and on his death in 1906, he was succeeded by his brother, the Rev. George, who had been living in Forton rectory. Sir Thomas and his wife were patrons of many organisations and charities in Newport.
