Demolition of Tibberton paper mill chimney on October 23rd 1932 captured by photographer Bill Armson. Mrs Lewis, aunt of Mavis Rochelle, is shown in the foreground. The mill ceased to operate in 1912. One of the reasons apparently was the refusal of the railway authority to install a branch line from Crudgington to Tibberton which would have facilitated the transport of goods and materials to Wolverhampton and Birmingham.
