Map. Simplified section of William Hill's map of Newport and coloured to show Newport pool area, which ran from Chetwynd End eastwards to Moss Pool. Norbroom Marsh still remains at the east end of the town. The map also shows: market hall, Adams Grammar School, mill croft, hemp butts, a Mansion, Water Lane, mill, and Newport brook.
