Description:

133 High Street. Previously the Plume of Feathers Inn. Documents indicate that in 1790 it had a thatched roof. A new frontage was put on in the mid 19th century. We have a photo of the old building (courtesy of Shropshire Archives) just before it was re-modelled, when George Barlow was the landlord.
