Description:

Railway boundary sign. Stone sign in brick wall reads 'L & N W R BOUNDARY'. The sign dates after 1859, when the Newport line was bought by LNWR. The location of the sign is unknown. Date of image unknown but probably 1970-1990. If anyone can advise where this sign is, please email the SNAP Project
